Happy 2014!


Happy New Year awesome people!

Here's to a happy, healthy, yum-filled 2014!



Ended the year with the most epic Argentinian barbeque New Year's Eve party.   Big slabs of beef, short ribs, sausages, black pudding, chicken, and even sweetbreads sizzling over glowing embers and served with zesty chimichurri sauce.





Cooked long and slow, the meat was juicy and tender, and had that incredible crispy flame grilled flavour that you only get from open fire. Best steak I have ever had.


Not to mention all the decadent desserts: alfajores, dulce de leche sponge rolls, pavlova, and lemon meringue ice cream.  2014, you are off to a mighty fine start.



Massive shout out to our mates Dom and Nati and the awesome Mauger family for hosting us all!

Bring on 2014!
