Grammed: Manuka Honey Pear and Blueberry Nut Crumble

I really suck at photographing crumble but this MANUKA HONEY PEAR & BLUEBERRY NUT CRUMBLE with YOGHURT CREAM is so flipping delicious you definitely need it in your life 🍯🍐 Manuka honey is also good for the horrendous cough that we all have at the mo so it’s basically medicine #crumblemedicine

Stewed pears and blueberries with honey
3-4 pears, cored, sliced
1 cup frozen blueberries
3 TBSP Manuka honey
2 TBSP butter
2 tsp vanilla essence
Nutty Crumble
1/2 cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped
1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
1/4 cup ground almonds
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
30g butter, softened
Yoghurt cream
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup yoghurt
3 TBSP icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla paste

1. Preheat oven to 200oC.
2. In a baking dish, put sliced pears and blueberries, honey, butter and vanilla. Bake at 200oC for 20 minutes (alternatively to speed the cooking up, microwave covered for 4-5 minutes).
3. In a mixing bowl mix the crumble ingredients, should come together to form a loose dough.
4. Take the pears/blueberries out of the oven and give them a stir. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the top of the cooked fruit, bake for 15 minutes at 200oC.
5. Whip the cream, sift in icing sugar and add vanilla and fold in yoghurt.
6. Serve crumble hot with yoghurt cream on top.
